No problem heating of course. And by the way, I thought about you and a certain package that still resides on my kitchen table. Will try to get it out this weekend but I already know I have to work Saturday. See if I can talk the cold person in the house into going out and braving the storm.
P.S. Send snow our way please!

We've got boat loads of snow here, but temperatures have consistently failed to get as low as forecast, and the latest forecasts are about 7-8 degrees warmer over the next 3 days than forecasts from only a few days ago. Lowest lows now to be -3 or -4 degrees, vs. -11 in earlier forecasts.
Schools are all closed for today and tomorrow around here based on 20+ MPH winds, and wind chill temperatures of down to about -22 degrees.

HO is now tough to get and expensive, natural gas supplies are strained and next down goes the grid. God, I just wish I had a boatload of cheap coal and some old coal stoves. WAM, that's right, I do. Coal is king. The next 4 days will be interesting to say the least.
I should have gone to Florida. Oh WAM, where I go down there it is snowing and freezing too. I will load the truck with beach chairs and head up to Rouses Point to catch some sun. Rob, what SPF sun cream do I need? Should have bought an EV then I would look cool on the way up.

I have not heard anything about heating oil being tough to get? A friend of mine owns a fuel company, he said they have no problems with availability, but propane in the midwest is a different story.
Sorry Simon, but you missed the beach day - that was yesterday. Some of the local girls decided to catch some rays.

Kinda reminds me of the Ladies from Put-In-Bay and Kelleys Island ! Wouldn't be a True Winter if they didn't pose for a Pic like that ! God Love 'Em !
Haven't heard about shortages out here, but Panic Buying and Spazzing Out can be expected during a spell like this. My Esteemed Colleague and Associate,Larry,Who's West of me,has hit the nail on the head regarding being overstocked on the "Ohio White". I do believe the worst We've recorded on the overnight low out here has been -2*. That's pretty Sanitary and Christian as opposed to what everyone else here has been experiencing.....

Snowing to beat the band here right now. I can't imagine what you folks east and north of me (especially on the cape) are going through right now. It's going to be a tough couple days ahead especially if the power goes out. Harman has had quite an appetite for those black rocks lately and I'm making sure he is well fed. In turn he is keeping me warm. I used to dread this kind of weather back when I was in the plumbing & heating business tearing out sheetrock walls and ceilings to repair burst pipes that are flooding hardwood floors in freezing cold houses. Need to fire up the truck in a couple hours to open up my road. Stay safe everyone.

Just lightly snowing here, small flakes. We've had a couple inches today so far. I'd like to see about 6 or so but time will tell.
