Been getting Lake Effected all day here.... However, for the recent moments, the band has either shifted or diminished....

Our temp has dropped to 9* with rising winds. That Snow Mutha on the East Coast is pulling through Us now. They've closed most Schools already in anticipation of -20* to -25* windchills with whiteouts in the AM. I hate to tell 'em,but We're still balmy compared to most of You !

We've got about 2 to 2.5' of compacted Ohio White on the ground here. Again, not bad considering.

As for the rest of You Arctic Snow Bunnies,You know what to do. Keep Your target small, pull in tight and keep it warm... Get through the next couple of days and be able to talk about the Winter of 17/18 this Spring......

Oh,I damned near pooped my El Pantalones when the forecast for next week showed Us busting above 32* on Monday with a forecast high of 47* on Tuesday/Wednesday ! Somebody's on dope down at the forecast center !

That forecast probably just came from VT where we legalized marijuana. More than likely it's the LT. Governor reading it for ya. Not bad enough we have zombies running around on Meth and Heroine, now we can have more wanged out legally on dope.

I better stop before it gets moved.

My EFM has not shut off since I got up at 0530. -4 outside and the wind is making the house rumble. Between the cold and a few showers, it is keeping the boiler pretty busy.

Frigid at the border today, all schools are closed, not much fun working outside today, lost power at the house already this morning for about a half hour. Guess it feels like -28 here with the chill.
