Sorry I was MIA for a while,...like 2-3 years! Damn women!!! Lol! Not burning coal at the time but will be soon. So now the question is stoker or hand fed for the new place? Or one of each?!!? 1500 square foot two story cabin in woods. Man Cave Fortress of Solitude planned. With the biggest TV available! Lol! Has stainless steel chimney from Previous owners. Also has masonry fireplace. Still on the fence as to stoker or hand fed. Actually,....I will eventually have a masonry chimney built. Guess I'll use the existing stainless steel stack.

"Hello boys, I'm back" sounds like something Mae West would say. Imagine my disappointment in learning it was only you. But welcome back, your Man Cave Fortress of Solitude sounds great, regardless of which heater you install. 1500 square feet is a pretty substantial man cave.
