Hand Fed Coal Furnace: Harman SF3500 reduced down to 3 grates connected to its own plenum
Coal Size/Type: Rice, Chestnut and whatever will fit through the door on the Harman
Other Heating: Noth'in but COAL! Well, Maybe a little tiny bit of wood

Blashack has a lock on all the coal fired pizza joints in New Haven, CT.

a rising tide lifts all boats but, I don't see pizza ovens floating Blashak very far down stream. :|

It was a big deal to the dealer at the time. He wouldn't sell you coal if they didn't have plenty on their docks. He retired, the deal went to Blaschak directly. They burn a lot of coal for New Have pizzas, I doubt they would be pleased if Matt stole the deal. ;)
