Well when I talked about jacking it up and taking it easy for awhile I received lots of messages and phone calls, I later found out it wasn't for me. So with that being said I am back at it just at a slower pace, I have been actively involved in the design and building of the new stoker and boiler at D S STOVES and we are now doing the second run of 20 units to be distributed for burn testing under different circumstances. So with that being said I am back to having 11 E F M units in my shop to rebuild. Come and get them SCRAPPER

Retirement -
Someone once told me that retirement is:
1) welder all week at Blaschak (among other duties there)
2) rebuilding many EFM units and helping to develop new stoker lines (spare time)
3) going to Williams Grove and Port Royal to watch the 350 and 410 sprints (priority)
Ah yea it don't get no better than that no?

I can retire but am staying at my job until I have some plan. It's not my goal to retire just so I can sit in the rocking chair.

Yupper ! It's amazing how much "help" is needed by family and friends when they find out your retired.
Think of how that word is spelled,... and what it often becomes every day, ... "RE-TIRED". It can be exhausting !!!
