Oil can jump up anytime do not be fooled. Where there is money there is manipulation. On the oil patch this article explains that the real truth is — oil inventories are probably much lower than what is reported.

Soooo, perhaps nothing will stop the global oil supply from going to a shortage from the glut we now have in about June of next year (2017).. At that time we'll begin a 10 year period of high prices like we've not seen in the U.S. My forecast (for what it is worth) is that American's will be paying $6 plus at the pumps and HO will be expensive. Do not give up your black rocks you will regret it.
