How much coal do you figure will you will have burned through come the end of February 2014?

I'm projecting 4 tons burned here from October 1st through February 28th. Close to 3/4 tons more than I burned over the same span for the 2012/13 heating season.

The difference in HDD's is going to be about 5,058 this season through February vs. 4422 last season over the same span. 636 more HDD's.

I'm stayin pretty much on normal target--I get 3 ton & I'm down to 1 1/2 ton left or real close to there abouts--during that sub zero crap I was averaging 5 to 10 lbs more daily

Will be a couple hundred pounds more than 5 tons. I had estimated 5-6 tons for the winter. Might be a bit more depending on how March and April behave. Good news is with the melt and some shoveling, I can take bulk deliveries again. :D :D :D

I'm coming in at 5 tons used right now, still have 1 ton in the coal room. And that is amazing , because last year and every year before that I used 10 to 12 tons.

I've used about 2/3's of my bin..
Started with 6.1 tons this year..

The coal level was about 4 feet deep at the start of the season. I would say I'm at roughly 4-4.5 tons used so far. I used 5 ton total last year. I'm glad I started with over 6 ton this year!
