Good morning everyone im guilty of hanging around gathering info
without reg.I brought a firechief and was freezing with that thing
until I found this site.the dancing blue ladies&the 21 page write up on
burning coal in a clayton saved the dayThank all of you folks very much.
I burn anthracite stove coal.Oh where can I buy a meter to check chimney draft

thank you. If I put a lighter down by ash door it pulls the flame towards the stove, but some one said you should messure at flue stack. plus id like to know the amount.

You're making the right decision. You NEED a manometer to properly run every coal stove.

Before the manometer a match by the door would work, I guess. Now with the draft gauge we are all mad scientist's! :shock: :lol:
