This guy took my chrome from my car and $2000 deposit. It was 7 months ago. He won't return my calls etc.. and will not satisfy my demands to return my parts. The car restoration is almost complete and I have already begun purchasing as many NOS parts as I can to replace what he'll never return. It's not a common car so parts are extremely hard to come by and expensive.
I hate dishonest people (especially people that get rich by hurting others). I spoke to the Attorney General and they stated one customer was waiting so long that he passed away and was never able to complete his restoration project. They are simply trying to obtain the parts from him (they don't even want their deposit back) so they can finish the restoration in honor of their relative that passed.
He's not a fair person and that is what angers me. Someone needs to stop him. That is why the Attorney General has over 100 complains and the BBB has over 50 complaints.
We all deserve our property back and that's what I'm helping fight fore. Shady business people should be banned as his practice is like a plague on society. We work hard for our money and shouldn't be robbed of it!!

I am sorry to hear of your problem. You can thank in part to the wonderful AG's office we have her in Taxachusetts that this guy has been allowed to operate as long as he has. (SARCASM) This is the same AG's office who refused to prosecute an employer who BOUNCED numerous paychecks to his employees. So I am sorry to say don't expect them to do much. I hope they do. I truely hope action is taken.

Fred,
This may be the only place left on the internet that has enough space left to complain about them ! :D

These guys have been bad news for many years.

Its difficult to prosecute someone for not paying a debt or shady and illegal business practices. I have a company in Maine that I would like to see the owners rot in jail because they owe me so much money and stole from customers. But the laws are such that the criminals are well protected. The lawmakers make the laws that way just in case they are caught. I can't even send my debt collectors out for the money now because of the attention. :) I wish you guys luck with your parts.

That's because they're too dumb to know that they are mistaking callousness and apathy for compassion and understanding ! ;)

Growing up my phone would ring every day (except sunday), at 5:00 and the voice on the other end would tell me a 3 or 4 digit number to write down, people would come to the house and drop off pieces of paper wrapped around money and tell me to "give this to your mother, got it!" The doors in the house were never locked. Uncle Mickey, or Tony, or Nick, or Louie always came by with fresh cannoli. Good times!
