2300 lb in 11 minutes off my trailer, shot for 400 rpm, works great for me.total setup was a lil less the 400$. if you can see the way I mounted motor with allthread its the way to go.
Ps my coal bin has a slanted floor so I don't shovel in there either, just open my slider door coal runs right in my homemade bucket.

Good hustle man, I want one. :notworthy: We need a wide angle shot to see the whole setup as well as some specifics on the equipment and where you got it. You trying to tease us or what? Give up the goods already :P

some old auger screws around but I could not find one, pvc pipe, couple of brackets, the auger screw is hard to find.
I think the auger assembly was arounf 220$ 160 for motor and I changed pulleya and belt.
