Thanks for posting that link!

I'm assuming there was a minor typo error whereby the articles 50,000 tons expected for this year should probably be 150,000 tons (considering that they mined 115,000 tons last year and they are looking to up that this year).

Glad they are doing well,while other coal mines are closing down and good to see them looking for more production this year.I'm very pleased with there coal :dancing:

All those men have loaded me at one time or another. I enlarged the picture and the guys are real recognizable. The one guy was the one who lost his best friend when the mine roof fell on him. Yep, they got the best coal. Just got my first TT from them a couple days ago. Three buds, two being other forum members, and I got together on it. Next year, all mine :)

Good article. I have been burning it for going my third year now and love it. Any idea who the other six underground mines are? I thought the Harmony mine was the only operational underground mine still in business. Article said they were one of seven still in operation. ;)
