Is the store on 309 still open? I been looking for prices on stoves but cannot get any responce from the 309 store or stoltz, Seems like you need better dealers.
Also where can we get parts asap if needed?

I have had great service with Jerry and the new guys at LL, they get the parts out very fast if in stock. Just contact them directly. :)

Karen and Jerry were on a well deserved vacation from 309 store but are back now . Stoltz was in the process of moving ,but pretty much done now .They have a very nice new showroom right on rt 11. Not sure if his old # is switched but his new # is 570-784-1300. Thanks ,Dave

Under normal circumstances we only like to sell through our dealers . Exceptions are no dealers in the area or a conflict between dealer and customer that cannot be resolved . We will help identifying parts needed and help get in contact with the correct person if there is one local . We are also willing to help with any issues that a dealer cannot answer . The decisions are made because it is just physically impossible for us to answer all questions for the thousands of stoves out there without the dealers help in between . This is not to say people cannot call here .We enjoy speaking with everyone who calls and will devote as much time as necessary to help with issues as they arise. But from our perspective it makes it tough to do our everyday tasks as far as new products improving old products without the dealers help . So if ever there is an issue where you cannot find help locally or just want to say hi .Or even just to brag about how great the stove is . Feel free to call us we will never hide our # . 570-752-1811. On that note I am sneaking out early today . :D
