Home made copper chimney cap. How do I post a picture? I keep trying. Says file is too big. How do I make file smaller?

Dark spot on front is a reflection of the under side of the hat. Not really there. Just a reflection.

You need to RESIZE your images down to 800x600 or smaller (Photoshop, InfraView, etc...) and reduce the resolution down to a lower setting either thru software or on your camera..

Here you go. :)

Thanks WNY. COMPUTORS!!! Anyways , I made this cap for my neighbors Metal Bestos Chimney. It simply slides over the top , and bottoms out on a one inch flange. The cap they had on the chimney was restricting draft. With the cooler outside temps , and the new cap , the stove apears to be doing just fine.
