The glass on my TLC 2000 broke. I was a little heavy handed closing the door and it shattered. Gonna see if I can find Harman glass. The local glass's place advertises "wood stove glass" would that work just as well? I'd love to have a few I'll pieces cut. I closed the door on a couple layers of aluminum foil for the time being.

Here's the link for the replacement "glass" from Legacy: https://legacystoves.com/product/glass-w-arch-12- ... 6-6tlc-sm/

Also, here's a link to an outfit that has multiple options for "glass" including neoceram: https://www.onedayglass.com

I purchased a replacement "glass" panel from Legact when I used Windex to clean it without understanding the damage that ammonia does to ceramic "glass". Had no problems and if fit like a glove.

Good Luck!

Thanks for the info, It's been a great stove. We got it in December, makes me sad I only made it two months before I broke the glass!

Seagrave 1963, I'm assuming you're a firefighter. My department actually has a couple Seagrave Engines on order.

Yep, I am. The TLC2000 has been a great addition to our home - best upgrade we made.

Last hint - Don't tighten the retainer clips "gorilla tight" when replacing the "glass"

New glass is in $298 with the gasket! Oiy! Glass is installed, all nice and snug but not too tight. LOL My biggest fear was one more turn of the screwdriver and, CRACK! But all is now well.

Good timing! I have a TLC-2000 with broken glass. Someone transported it incorrectly and broke it.
