Does anyone know about this stove?
My brother gave it to me.
I would like to heat my barn. Dont plan to heat you hot water right now. Will that damage the unit if I run it?

Thank you,

Pretty sure That’s not a stove. That looks like a home hot water heater. They were known as a bucket a day water heater…BAD.
Without water circulation it may be short lived. With water might it freeze and bust without a fire if below freezing?

Or laundry water heater---fill from top wood or coal & put bucket on it to heat up--orrrr just use as a heatin source--no water circulation. I'd use it in my barn If no cracks --looks in real good shape.

SMALL barn? A stove intended for heating would probably be easier to manage, and more effective.
