It's been years since I've even logged in here. I have a Hitzer 30-95 with 6" double wall chimney. The cap came loose and finally blew off this month and the installer is no longer in business so I have no idea what kind of cap to get. I know the pipe on the roof is double wall with a 6" interior. I was looking on Amazon for anything to just cover it up and keep the rain out, but if I'm going to spend the money I may as well get the right thing.

Any advice is appreciated. Here is what I'm looking at on Amazon.

Same happened here on the hill with my 50-93--went to Lowe's & picked up a 8" stainless cap & it fit perfect. I thought it was gonna be a lot more complicated. I'm thinkin it cost under $20.00.

Thanks that is a good price. I found one online at Lowe's for about $40 and it looks like it might fit.

A few self tapping stainless screws will ensure it never happens again 👍
