Winds steady at 15 MPH with gusts up to 30 MPH.
Cameras were synchronized.
MPD open
Please follow your coal stove manual and all state and local codes.
I will follow up with same test with MPD closed

Nice video. We’ve had some high winds the past few days here on Long Island NY. I’ve run a baro in the past but currently do not have one installed. My draft was bouncing around like a fishing bobber. Just be aware that the door can stick open on occasion.

Thanks tcalo, I see you had a chubby at one time.
Interesting what closing MPD does in these windy conditions.
I plan on syncing the footage and uploadng when I have time
cheers Steve

Amazing how steady that draft was. It only hit -.07 for a very brief moment. It'd be cool to run the same video with it pinned shut. Baros are magic 8-)

Hello Lightning, I shot 2 other videos with one sequence as you suggest.
The syncing of the video and then editing Picture in Picture takes some time.
Then Rendering and uploading.
I had a Franco Belge 20 years ago and never worried about this stuff (wasted alot of coal).
Switched to oil when it was .99 cents/ gallon.
Now back to coal
I've read alot of posts here as members share there knowledge is Outstanding

That was a 35+ mph gust that lasted approx. 5-10 seconds
