Hello, I just had my DS Machine Kozy King 400 - 205,000 BTU with 1” hot water coil, delivered on Thursday and was interested if anyone here had one up and running. I’ll be installing it soon and was wondering if anyone knew the maximum coal capacity? Also, if there was any pointers on running this furnace. Thanks in advance and looking forward to the install.

Does that have the forced air induction?

Hi, yes it does. Never had a coal stove/furnace with forced air induction, so I was interested if anyone had a Kozy King to maybe give me some pointers on the proper operation. Or I just might has to wing it, like I've done with a lot of things in my life.

I am so interested in that model! I would of got one but I couldn't get the answer on how well it will/won't work without electric.

What area you in? If close I'd buy you lunch to let me see that in operation. Really interested in the 205,000 btu rating.

Currently have a Hitzer 82FA and it works well except on the coldest days I wish for even more BTU.
