Theres just a little on the site about them: search.php?keywords=chubby+brickstone&sf=firstpost

Onedollar, the poster of the details, was good friends with Larry at Chubby stoves.

My first stove had a side door and it really helped keep down dust using it and made loading wood a little easier. Did you buy this? Nice

Are these Brickstones supposed to have some type of gasket around the doors etc? First stove I have seen that did not have gaskets on any door.

Fisher wood stoves were designed by Bob Fisher to be used without gaskets.

Hi Bill, Did Fisher actually make this stove? I thought it was made by Chubby. The Chubby Brickstone.

Bill, there are actually several pics of this stove at the top of this thread, unless I am not seeing this thread correctly.

I was merely explaining that a wood stove manufacturer, Fisher, built a stove designed to use zero stove door gaskets.

Have no idea about the coal stove you’re referring to.
