Dozer... I own two a couldn’t be more pleased. Fellows on here own a vast variety of stoves, boilers and furnaces. Everyone enjoys what they spend their hard earned money on. Glad you like your Harmen.

Try being more specific as to which model(s) and why, detail, etc, or its just a blind statement with no real information. Im not being a smartass, just curious as to how you came to the conclusion. They are both good stoves. Harman coal stoves are no longer made by Harman, but by Legacy, a better product now possibly, or at least now the owners are better.

As said Dozer; Both good stoves..... Lets compare the Hitzer 50-93 to the Harman Mark III. They are in the same class. The Mark III is built using heavier material. A little overkill in my opinion. The 50-93 is very well built, using heavy material. Just not overkill. However, when it comes to engineering, and performance, Don't put your Mark III up against the 50-93....You will loose......

My bet? Drunk posting. Someone who joins a coal discussion board in the heat of August at 1 am and then posts an obvious argument starter at beer thirty in only the 2nd cold snap of the heating season has got to be three sheets to the wind. :D

My mistake was I should have bought a 3:54 instead of the hopper 5093 I don't like the hopper it gets too much ass bound around the hopper you're always poking and picking around at it from underneath I'm not a good writer on these things that's why I'm kind of screwed up trying to respond quick but I shouldn't say there's young maybe you do have good luck with him it's just in my opinion the hopper takes away from the stove in the 50 93 model
