I better be able to cook off of my 354. Lol!

Oh wait...have to put the stove in first. Huh? Lol! Dang snow on the ground already too.

not a hitzer but cooked pizza bagels on a chubby Jr last night

No danger of cooking off of the 354 blower model.
Temps over the doors and under the damper rod are from 230-350F...cruising at 300-330F...keeping my house 73-76F. Stove top is much cooler around 175-185F at the cruising temp mentioned above. Far too cool to fry anything, slow cooking would be possible over a day or two.
