Hi
I’m new to the forum, I’m in need of help with getting my Hermetic favorite 318 home.
I’m to go look at it tomorrow and wondering how I’m to get it in the back of my truck safely and secure it properly...it’s a 2 hour drive on mountainous roads.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Kim

Hand truck and ramps for the truck bed. Rope to tie down. Legs and doors should come off easily.

I wonder if anyone has any pictures of a particular disassembled one ? Or what part should I attempt to separate other than the doors and legs?

If I use the hand truck, won’t it’s own weight mash the fenders ? I’m assuming it weighs about 285lbs to 300lbs?

Don't mash it, just snug it up.

Trim rings will lift off. the bottom apron is strong enough to stand some side pressure.

Moving pads...
Lots of padding and straps to keep it still...
On the twists...
