I let the hitzer go out last week. Its been getting into the high 60's and low 70's during the day and 40's-50's at night. I have been putting the wood pellet stove on late at night and shut it down in the morning. I had 15 bags left over from last heating season and didn't want to see them turn to dust. At less than 1/2 bag a day i should be able to get a month out of them.

The Hitzer is still idling at 200* keeping the night time chill off. When it gets a little warm during the day I open a couple windows. Usually burn into early May.
