Vansco/Tremont Grates

Found this forum and looking for some help/assistance. I have an old hand fed coal stove from 30+ years ago. about 6 or 8 years ago I had one of the shaker grate ends break and couldn't shake the ashes down. Tore the stove apart and was able to move the rear grate to the forward position and move the broken grate to the rear. Now the 2nd grate has broken off as well. Looking to see if anybody knows if replacement grates are available anywhere? The model# is C1000 or C1000T and the serial# is C10455. Certainly appreciate any help or assistance.
