First winter running the HB1500. Sent a lot of wood through it but have discovered people do not know the difference between 'good woods to burn' and 'wood seasoned enough to burn' so I have been running coal more and more. Made a few enhancements that I read on here. A few days ago I got 24 hours of burn out of one anthracite fill. My building is a basement and two floors equaling 4680sqf. It kept things between 71-75. So I am officially sold on going straight coal. Over the summer I would like to have next winters supply already here in Cincinnati. Has anyone had Champagne deliver to their place? Or anyone been there to buy in bulk? Are they the best supplier close to Cincinnati? The bulk terminals in town sell bit for $200 a ton, but I'd like to stick with anthracite.
