Just couldn’t leave it alone. A real-time draft monitor is going to be nice. The stove is shut down right now. Decent cold flue draw?

Any draw cold is good.
I would like to know why there are scorch or soot marks at the air intake.

Don’t know, bought her for $100. Grates were in great shape, fan worked, no dings or cracks. I think they used it as a wood burner.
Kinda an ugly duckling in the appearance area, but solid performer.

It’s all Automation Direct DoMore PLC and Cmore touch panel. Can’t afford AB stuff, and the DoMore is a damn good PLC. I’m using a Setra .1inh2o pressure transmitter for draft, and K thermocouples for temperature, all wired back to the PLC

The static picture with a coal fire burning is confusing people...
Now you need to modify the picture as the temps get hotter or colder...
via the PLC data...

I also have a Nest camera monitoring the fire in real time. I wish I could use live video as the background, oh well.

How about grabbing a frame every 60 seconds and replace as background...
