Cleaned up the DS 1500 for its 7th season. I'll removed the stove pipe from the wall to eliminate the outside humidity from entering the stove. Also will cap the stove pipe inlet with a plastic air tight cover. Then drop in a contain of DampRid to remove the moisture during the summer months. Usually will change out again around mid July.

Until next season! enjoy

Are the air vent knobs on the ash door operational? I don't have them on my new DS 1500.
