How about this...Maybe just tear it ALL out and then you can put the boiler right there in the bathroom.

OK, it's been almost a full day since I resealed the return box in the cellar, and I would say there is a definite improvement. Maybe 60% better. There is still some coldness to the area, if you get down low, and wave your hand round it, but nowhere near as bad. Will it be more comfortable to sit there for any extended time, we'll see.
But I think Bill brought up a good point, (and maybe another member...Lee?), that with the moving and rising hot air from the 111, and the passing wave of heat from the corral, it might be the reason for it pulling up some air. I still think it would be a good idea to move it over by the stove. I'll put it on the "ta-do" list. :roll:
P.S. Where are your returns relative to your stove, and do you feel any discomfort like mine?
