I have a two story house I'll to see what the square footage is my stove is in the basement I love in the Adirondacks it's very cold hear all winter long I have been using the manual pipe damper I keep it closed all the way most the time seems to keep the hear in better and yes my stove has a blower fan in the back

That explains a lot. Yer gonna use a significant amount heating three levels exclusively with coal, no matter what appliance you choose. 80 pounds with temps below 20 degrees outside seems very reasonable to me in this situation.
