There's "2". Glad to hear. If this were Arlo Guthrie singin "Alice's Restaurant", and "2" people chimed in, (in perfect harmony) well, I'm not going there, but if "3" would, then they might think it's an organization. I'm lookin for 50! Can we get that?

I’m still going strong Joe. I had the C40 on a low idle the last few days and contemplated letting it burn out, but temps dipped this weekend. So I tended it yesterday, maybe for the last time of the season! 60+ all next week. It was idling untouched for about 2 days barely shedding any heat!! I opened it up and it bounced right back with a pot full of coal still. These stoves are amazing!!

Hi Tom, good job keeping yours alive. I agree with you on these stoves. A week ago I was able to keep mine going on about 20lbs a day, but when the night time lows were in the 40s, I let it die out. But like you said, this week-end blew in some more cool air, so I fired mine back up for a few days B4 retiring it for the season. (At least I hope to). And because of this site and its knowledgeable members, I can now get it up and running to full steam in about an hr. Thank you Matchlight, and Happy Easter.
