I just bought this coal stove. New to this kind of stove. Question is can I burn anthracite coal in it ? I have the parts to burn wood or Coal. Thanks for your time.

Coal Size/Type: Pea/Nut/Stove

check to make sure the grates are not warped...
Use a steel straight edge after removing grates from stove...
Yes nice coal stove...

Outstanding deal. Indeed you can. She's a heatin beast. As long as those grates shake freely, you're good.

Super deal. Nice find. What will you be heating? Whole house? Will you have another system, or is it your main source? Basement installation, or main floor? Good lookin machine.

Main floor in my Shop Replacing a smaller wood stove that I have.
I am thinking of building a hood above it to blow heat in the garage.

The UPS man just delivered the new Glass so I can see what is going on in there.

Is your garage "above" your work shop? Sure would be nice to get heat to it also.
