Cold day on Cape Cod. God day to fire up the Chubby on wood so I did. Burnin' red cedar scrap. Summerizing the stove.

global warming! ;)
I thought I was in Chatham with all this cold weather...
Out by North Beach every morning we needed a wood fire to take the chill off the summer we spent there.
Now the new house is inland and high.
No cold morning worries or for 'cains.
Still have to hook up the coal stove.
Gotta have the winter backup in play before September.

Cold and windy here in RI so I lit the kerosene stove. I did clean my coal boiler yesterday. The heat and humidity will be back soon enough.
