On ProPAIN now but hopefully for just a short time. Amazing how the basement DS can raise the upstairs temp on a 70 degree day even with it isolated from the forced air ductwork with the stove throttled down to 185 Deg. It has been shut down for three days but today is decidedly cool & damp & windy so went to the forced air system.

Depends on how you look at it. Propane while expensive, is extremely convenient. Good idea to excercise your system a bit, that way you can count on it in an emergency.
