Colombia or Columbia?

Isn't it still illegal to do open business with Colombia?

I know we used to have to get "special permission" from the State Dept to work with Colombia. Certainly when we were there...with army escorts everywhere.

It's been a while, maybe things have changed? I doubt it, but I never thought we'd send BILLION$$$ to Iran, either :shock:
