I also agree with William. The 109 would be excellent but you'll need $$$ for one. Restored , they aren't cheap. One like this might meet your needs.http://www.bryantstoves.com/product-page/ef107d8f-5abe-d963-e739-764c8c600c7e

That St Nicholas has been there for years, I suspect for good reason. The Line Oak is not in the same class.
I have been playing with a number of base burners for years and I must agree with William. For a small cottage if I only had only stove to heat the place this would be my choice.I would get an Our Glenwood 109. It is by far the best choice for a space such as this, hands down no more discussion.

I couldn't resist, here is some eye candy! The top photo is from last winter before I renovated the room. The stove even doubles as a clothes dryer... . I am quite impressed with this little beauty. However, I could really use a larger stove. Need an Our Glenwood 109...

Looks good, Tom !
I forgot the winter days of all those kiddy snow clothes. I could have used the range when the kids were little.
And I noticed that clinker door knob looks familiar. I guess Glenwood got a good deal on them in quantity ?
