I had a recipe years ago and lost it. The one I used is the second one you see when you do a search, allrecipes.com. It can be served with pasta and cheese. My daughter even likes it!

I saw this topic and decided to try my hand at cooking on a chubby. I decided to cook Italian sausages. Usually, I saute them but I knew that wouldn't work do I placed them water with seasonings, too much water. Unfortunately, my stove started cooling down (, newbie here) so I had to finish on a real stove. It was cooked fully on chubby but I like my sausages brown.

Pork ribs finished with peach from a neighbor's tree I cut down 20 years ago. Found the wood in a crate in my basement and thought it would be perfect for this.
