I think we need a cooking with Chubby thread so I am reposting my venison from the main thread. It is still only wood season here in New England for a while yet, so I am cooking with wood.
Hickory smoked venison with roasted potatoes.

I love doing baked potatoes in mine. I just place the foil wrapped spuds along the edge of the firepot for around 20 mins or so rotating them once so they baked evenly. :D

LM

When you head out this way for a visit please bring some EAST COAST LOBSTERS. They are the one thing that is rather hard (and pricey) to get here, :D

Thanks for the very good French, doing very well.
I could try the Chubby ( I almost did a few yrs ago and did contact Larry about all the problems I had with my Vermont C. wood stove, we had very good emails, he found my idea to install a camera on the roof to watch the **best** catalytic wood stove smoking....but I got the Vig ll and all what came with it...), but not sure I could for the lunch :)
Salutations mon ami des Etats Unis. Continuez le bon travail avec Larry.

OK, LM I will buy a Chubby. :) , in fact I have great respect for the USA Chubby products.
I have a small entreprise and I buy US products before Wing Wong ones as much as possible.
