I have a Gibraltar SCC coal stove, I was wondering if there should be a baffle plate on the inside of the stove just below the 6” stack output. The stove has two L shaped brackets welded inside the stove at the top. When looking at the manual figure A-4: Model SCC it looks like there should be a baffle at the top.

Coal Berner Thanks for getting back to me. I checked the parts houses listed none of them have one. Do you know if one can be made and what type metal can be used?

Thanks
If I know what size of the plate I might check to see if the local welding shop could make one. Do you know were I could get the measurements or how to measure the inside of the stove to have one made-up? Thank again ron
