Keystoker 90 Mega Screw up

We had guests over last winter and they dropped a flash light into the hopper which jammed up the coal flow and wrecked the big cam. Keystoker are sending another. Ouchy.

Pricey is not good, but how about the guy who inadvertently had a deer rifle cartridge fall from his shirt pocket into his hopper? :blowup:

Hand Fed Coal Furnace: Harman SF3500 reduced down to 3 grates connected to its own plenum
Coal Size/Type: Rice, Chestnut and whatever will fit through the door on the Harman
Other Heating: Noth'in but COAL! Well, Maybe a little tiny bit of wood

I think the moral is: Keep you hopper covered. Especially when you have guests!
