Hand Fed Coal Boiler: Sime, hand fired hot water boiler

Hi Gang...
I have a customer who wants to install a new hand fired coal boiler and insists on getting a Keystoker. He read that they make a hand fired unit and indeed their internet site says so. However, I have been unable to get an answer from Keystoker and in fact get nothing but an error message saying the email is undeliverable to that address. My local coal supplier has tried as well with no luck. Have they gone out of business or are they just real bad at getting back to prospective customers that want more information on their products?
Anyone out there have any information regarding the Keystoker hand fired boiler? I believe it was actually a dual fuel unit too but this customer wants nothing to do with the oil industry.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hand fireds range from 140,000 to 330,000 BTUs. They probably have the day off today.
