Finding any literature on operating 100+ year old ranges is tough.
I have a large hardcover cook book from the late 1800's, that in the front of the book says that there's a section on stove operation and maintenance,.... but there's no such section and no missing pages.
Now I gotta go see if I have any baking pans big enough to cover the firebox round covers.
