Hitzer Safe Operating Temperature

I have the 503 insert.
No need yet but I was wondering what thermometer level approaches overheating.
Hitzer doesn't give a degree measurement only saying "if the stove parts or pipe glow red you are overfiring".
So I have the thermo right above the loading door and beside the MPD control. The readings are correct enough as verified with an infrared gun.
What is the highest consistent operating temp this machine can handle? 600?
I don't know what it will be like in the dead of winter and I still have some window air conditioners to take out but the stove is operating at 300-350 and keeping the house toasty with external temps averaging in the mid 30's right now. Lowest we get is around 20 with daytime highs just below freezing.
I want to know what I can crank this too if needed or during a power outage.
Thanks.
BTW, this thing is awesome. The whole family loves it. It is warm, so easy to operate and really worry free. Coal in, ashes out, set temp. I would have had a full tank of oil delivered by now but have staived off... as my coal dealer says..."the arabs in the basement"
