Hearthstone 2 Coal Shakers, or Early Manuals?

I just picked up an early hearthstone 2, it has the outside control for the shakers, I was wondering if anyone has burned coal in a Hearthstone? Or has the shakers or even the early parts/operators manual that shows them.
