Coal Bed Seems to Have Fused Together ??

Modern and vintage hand fired coal stove are similar to a wood stove and in some cases can burn either. They need to be regulated and fed by hand usually every 12 to 24 hours depending on your usage. They require no power to operate making them ideal for rural settings with long power outages.

You have klinkers. Time to aggressively shake or shutdown & clean out. Take advantage of the warm air.

Red ash coal will fuse, especially at upper temps :x In a hand fed white ash coal is better :D I learned this the hard way, WAY before forum's such as this.

I got home tonight and I shook the hell out of it and clinkers it looks like all the smaller stuff fused together looked like it just melted into a blob but it is all cleaned out and running smooth again guess I will have to screen the smaller stuff out.
