I have a Dayton blower mod#2C647A. The instructions say to lube every six months with 10-20 drops of 10w-20w non detergent oil. But it doesn't say where. I don't see any obvious oiling ports or anything. Does anybody have a suggestion?

Yep, that little oval-shaped hole at 3:00 position to the center shaft, is the oil port. Look in it and see the white felt? Just add some drops to that felt.

Thanks. Is there anything on the other end? Or is that all it needs?

The end of the shaft where the squirl cage fan is will see the most wear, if their is a hole to drop oil into ??? My blower motor bearings burned out in my air handler a couple years ago, bought a new motor, and replaced the bushings on the old motor as a replacement. The bushngs were not available for the motor, so a friend with a lathe made some from oil light, brass with oil impregnated bushings, they look dry but the heat of the cutter on the lathe brings the oil out. Mine the only way to oil is take out the end seals.
