This should be easier to find on their site but the manual can downloaded under the brochures section. Nothing worse than having to search around for manual but that seems to be the norm on every site I go to no matter what the product is:

For some reason they don't have the manual files on the website. You can click the contact us link on the bottom of the support page to request a printed manual or you can send me a PM with your e-mail address and I will scan my manual and send it to you. the Mark I, II, III are all covered by the same manual.
Thanks but following the forum owner's link I found what I was looking for.
I just bought this stove used for the basement to help take some of the load off the Harman stoker on my first floor and also for when the power goes out i'll have heat...lol

If you need any more info, please let me know, I'll be happy to help.
A stove in the cellar would be nice, during very cold weather my cellar gets down to the upper 50's, unless we run the oil forced air heat

They do, just hard to find and not labled very well. Click the 'brochure" link on pages for specific models. That will take you to a page with links for the fluff literature and the manual.Wood'nCoal wrote:For some reason they don't have the manual files on the website.

I saw the brochure link, that little voice in my head said to click on it (that's the little voice that I always ignore--the little voice that's always right). Anyway, I'm glad lime found the info.
