However, when the shop was loading it into my truck I noticed that the clean out block off plate appears to be nothing more than the oval blank that was cut out of the exhaust opening. Not only that, but on closer inspection, it looks like it just sets on a thin rail slightly below the clean out opening and just lays over the clean out opening to redirect the gasses towards the front of the insert. Is this right or is the actual clean out insert MIA?<removed dead image link>
