Hitzer 503 Shaker Handle Excessive Wear

Keepaeyeonit.....I checked out the grate pegs a few days ago with the stove still running and found a very small burr on one. Took the dremel tool and a small grinding wheel and cleaned it up. The burr was very small so I don't know if it truly was the problem. I have a new shaker handle on the way from Hitzer so we'll see if it does the trick. Thanks again for all the suggestions.
