Hand Fed Coal Boiler: Cozeburn OWB burning Bit

The shaker grate in my Hub Heater #215 finally broke in 2. I need some new grates cast. I'm making a mockup of the broken grate out of wood, foam, and plaster, coating it in latex paint to seal the foam and plaster (think that will be good enough?) and while I am at it I was going to look into getting new grates and firepot cast for the Penn Garnet stove (out of the originals as a mold)

Where should I go to get some cast? I know about a few from the net. Anyone near Pittsburgh PA that can do it? What are my options? What kind of prices should I expect?

I've heard of Tomahawk Foundry and Auburn Stove Foundry.

Thanks!

Cattail foundry, near Kinzers PA. on cattail rd., Amish foundry, they may be able to make a casting from the broken one.

Your Hub Heater has prismatic grates correct? Just order a new set from Woodmans parts plus. They should have the sizes you need. They call them,"Triplex," grates.

Get your other castings done at Tomahawk. They are good people and old stoves is a big part of what they do.
