wow! I heard of this happening, and new all the tricks to prevent it from occuring. It was just one of those time's you don't pay attention It will get you. I was sitting right in front of it first thing in the morning, Let me tell you that will wake you up :D

I only happen to me once. I opened the door to throw something in and it shot a blue flame out. I was lucky to keep my eyebrows. :D
